San Diego, CA, December 23, 2004 - Torrey Hills Technologies, LLC. today announces a strategic alliance agreement with China Saneway Microelectronics Materials Co. Ltd. for the development and worldwide marketing of high performance heat sinks.

The initial products offered are CuW, CuMo and Cu/Mo/Cu heat sinks. A new generation of material Cu/CuMo/Cu laminate is being sampled by a few key customers.
